Silicon Lakes Tickets sells tickets on behalf of event organizers. The organizer is responsible for the event, its content, and refund decisions.

Tickets. Each QR code admits one person once. Keep your codes private; anyone holding a code can use it. Tickets may be checked against ID at the door.

Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A service fee is added per paid ticket and is non-refundable. If the organizer approves a refund, the ticket price is returned to the original payment method and the tickets are cancelled.

Changes. If an event is cancelled or moved, the organizer will contact ticket holders by email.
